The Jieco intelligent spark detector from the United States is a high-speed, ultra-sensitive optical radiation energy sensor. On the basis of eliminating interfering noise, it significantly increases the speed of capturing light signals. Designed for detecting tiny sparks, burning particles and smoldering materials in pneumatic conveying pipelines. It is suitable for occasions where the working temperature is below 60 degrees. It can output 24VDC switch signals or dry contact switch signals. Most applications require two spark detectors to be installed horizontally at 180 degrees, facing each other. A single spark detection point cannot monitor the entire cross-section of the conveying pipeline. Therefore, two spark detectors need to be used in conjunction.
