The spark detector is mounted 180 degrees face to face to facilitate testing from one spark detector through the lens of another spark detector. When there are sparks in the upstream pipeline of the dust collector passing through the spark detector, the spark detector detects the spark within 60us by infrared scanning, and feed-back the signal to the controller, which will then open the high-speed solenoid valve installed on the high-pressure extinguisher nozzle within 20us. The high-pressure water flow impacted by the solenoid valve shoots out arc high-pressure water mist within about 200ms, and extinguishes the sparks in the pipeline.

Spark detector reaction time 60us+ controller processing time 20us+ spray device opening time 200ms+ water ejection time 68us=290ms, the reaction time of the whole system is 290ms. It can effectively extinguish the spark in the shortest time, with the least spark and the least harm, and achieve the purpose of protecting the dust removal equipment and the safety of life and property of the whole plant.

The Jieco Mars probe is installed in the main pipe, and the high-pressure extinguisher nozzle is installed 8.5 meters above the probe and 1.8 meters above the dust collection box. The above distance is calculated based on the wind speed of the main air duct of 25 m/s. If the wind speed is greater than 25 m/s, it is necessary to lengthen the safe extinguishing distance between the probe and the nozzle.

Power supply specifications ensure that it is a clean power supply, the voltage is AC220V5%8A, the power supply can not be cut off 24 hours a day, (the input power supply is an independent power supply, must not be shared with the production equipment and dust collection power box power supply) The cable is a shielded control line, the wiring requirements can not be parallel with other power wires, the cable needs to be equipped with the corresponding protection sleeve.

If the pipe inhales sparks, the control system will draw the corresponding relay to output a passive dry contact signal, which can be connected to the control system of the dust control electrical cabinet, and shut down the central dust suction fan respectively to ensure the safe operation of the central dust suction equipment.

The distance between the spark detector and the nearest branch pipe should be >1.3m

Distance from spray extinguisher to spark detector >8.5m

The distance from the spray extinguishing device to the downstream pipe elbow is more than 1.8m, that is, the distance of the pipe diameter *2

 

Layout and installation of spark detector

The spark detector should not be installed in the pipe elbow, but should be installed in the straight pipe part

Spark detector arrangement: Arrange the two spark detectors face to face on the same cross section of the pipeline, remember not to allow the arrangement at the bottom of the pipeline

Use the special tool included with the goods to make a hole in the pipe to install, without going inside the pipe
